Hello! I’m the founder of Must Have Management, built on a simple belief: strong operations are the backbone of every successful organization. With over 30 years of experience working in the public sector, focused on regulatory compliance and procedural documentation, I understand how to create systems that are effective, sustainable, and accountable.

In addition to my public sector experience, I’ve spent a number of years in the private sector as an operations manager, developing policies and procedures, leading management meetings, and turning complex challenges into clear, actionable plans. This results in bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to growing teams.

I created Must Have Management to help small businesses put the pieces together. Whether it’s building better workflows, improving internal communication, or creating systems that actually stick, my goal is to make operations feel less overwhelming and more empowering.
